Programmatically Open Surveys

I would like the ability to programmatically open a survey, for instance, by linking it to a 'take survey' button.

This would allow us to trigger surveys based on user interaction rather than just relying on automatic triggers.

It would give us more control over when and how we ask for feedback.

i.e.
