Promote active users

It would be great if you could show appreciation to customers who are active in the forum by perhaps assign them badges? Could be configurable for different events such as:

Upvoter (has upvoted)

Contributer (has posted)
Active contributer (has 10+ posts)

Fortune teller (has the created the original post that has been most upvoted)

etc.

These badges could be shown on the profile and in the signature under posts, if the user permits it.

The same thing could be applied on organizations
