Public shareable links for individual posts (unauthenticated access)

I want to be able to share a direct link to a bug report or post that allows someone to view it without logging in, even if the board is private. This would allow a solid flow for bugs where users can see their specific issue via a link without the friction of logging in, while still keeping other companies' issues private. Currently, users are blocked and forced to log in to see a post via a link.
