QA setup for surveys

There should be a way that lets users QA the surveys before launching them to the general public. The problem we face right now is that once we launch and test it with internal users we can’t change anything once we have gathered some insights. This is very frustrating especially when you’re dealing with surveys with multiple languages and you need content teams to test them.
