Users should be able to receive notifications, for example, by email when a user makes a new submission.

    This has now been completed. All organization admins will receive an email when a new submission is created if their email has been confirmed. We also added notifications for new comments.

      This might be changed to a daily update email soon to avoid spam with a lot of submissions.
