Reconcile teammate roles by email without invite link

I want Featurebase to automatically reconcile teammate roles based on their email address when they log in, even if they skip the invitation email link.

Currently, teammates who log in directly aren't assigned their pre-configured roles, which forces them to use the specific invite link.

Reconciling by email would streamline the onboarding process for my team.

Otherwise unnecessary organizations are created as well - due to some users proceeding through the onboarding org creation.
