Separate the "Show from website & widgets" option in Changelog

Release changelogs only via widget (don't add to changelog page):

My team would like to post in the widget about more than just product updates. eg Marketing updates too eg
- Acqusition Notification
- Sales reach target Free/ Free Trial projects with 1:1 messages in consideration phase
- Incentivise customers to review us (G2, Shopify etc)
- Share our Referral Scheme with customers
- Retention Notifications
- CSMs reach their customers with 1:1 in-app messages (vs email)
- Offer custom upsells
- Share company updates/ Tidio news/ blogs
- Share results (eg Lyro quality)
