Rename system labels and table headings (Users, Companies, Segments)

I want to be able to rename system labels and table headings in the UI. Specifically, I'd like to rename the 'Users' and 'Companies' table headings, and rename the 'Segment' label in the changelog to something like 'Tenant name'.
