Restrict "Similar posts" suggestions to current board and respect permissions

I want the "Similar posts" AI suggestions to respect board-level permissions and be restricted to the current board. Currently, users are seeing suggestions from other boards, including private boards they shouldn't have access to, which exposes sensitive post titles. This is a privacy concern and should be fixed so that suggestions only show content the user is authorized to see within the relevant board context.
