Rework the quick functions at the bottom of the editor

Users seem not to know that you can attach files, embed videos, etc. as they’re not highlighted on the bottom menu.

Also, currently there are a bit too many formatting options highlighted there. I think most people start bullet points and numbered lists with symbols and can bold and italic text with keyboard shortcuts (or when highlighting text). So these could be cleaned up to reduce clutter.
