See already linked posts from Zendesk view

As a CS agent, after adding a new feedback from the Zendesk widget on a ticket, I expect to see the linked feedback (newly created or upvoted) directly visible.

If I refresh the page or go back to the ticket I cannot see this link. I need to look again. And when looking for the feedback, the UI doesn’t make it easy to know if the feedback was already upvoted or not, this is not clear and can lead to confusion: as a agent I can click again by mistake, removing the existing upvote.
