"Select all" bulk select option missing for filtered post lists

When a user filters posts by creation date (e.g. all posts created before x), the bulk actions checkbox does not show the “Select all” option.

The option only appears in an unfiltered view, so the user cannot bulk-select and delete all filtered posts at once and has to delete them page by page instead.
