Allow users to configure distinct custom domains for their public feedback portal and their public changelog, rather than sharing a single web portal custom domain. This would enable more flexible branding and URL structures.

Technical Details:
The current custom domain setup seems to be for a single "Web Portal." The request is to allow independent custom domain configurations for the feedback board and the changelog, potentially with separate CNAME records pointing to different Featurebase services or configurations.
