Separate visibility toggles for Changelog Portal and Widget

I want to be able to choose whether a changelog post is published to the public website only, the in-app widget only, or both. Currently, the "Show on website & widgets" toggle controls both simultaneously, but I need the flexibility to publish posts (like backdated entries or specific updates) to the portal without them cluttering the in-app widget.
