Set a Default Author for New Posts (e.g., Organization Name)

When creating new posts, I want the ability to have them authored by my organization's name by default, instead of my personal user account. Currently, I have to create posts and then manually change the author for each one, which is time-consuming. This would be useful for making official announcements or seeding the feedback board with ideas on behalf of the company.
