[Intercom Integration] Set language of Idea Submission text to match intercom widget

Currently the native components of the Featurebase intercom widget translate automatically, but the user added text such as ‘Submit your idea’ doesn’t

Possible solution:
- Add the ability to add language support to the intercom feedback card customisation modal.
