Setting to Control Fibi's auto-solving (auto closing) and conversation resolution

I would like to turn off the auto-solving questions from Fibi AI.

Specifically, I'd like for Fibi to leave questions open until a human manually closes the conversation, not marking anything as resolved automatically.

Additional improvement would be to customize the timer before closing the conversation as well.
