Setting to disable AI Agent automatically creating feedback posts

We’re getting a lot of posts from the AI bot that request features that we already have. We would prefer the bot escalate to a team member instead of automatically creating posts.

    Disable AI creation of feature suggestions

    We're getting duplicated feature suggestions and feature suggestions that are already undocumented features in the system. I understand that the root correction is to create better KB articles but that’s not feasible in the short term. I need to disable the AI bot’s ability to make feature suggestions.

      Hey @Cameron Kolick! Yeah it definitely should be a setting. I’ll bring this up with the team to see if we can squeeze it in the roadmap!
