Show feedback questions (importance, usage, urgency) during submission

Right now, users only see the follow-up questions about importance, usage frequency, and urgency after they’ve submitted their feedback.

Many of our users miss these questions, which results in lower-quality insights.

Proposed flow:

• Display the 3 questions directly in the feedback submission form.

• If the user skips them, show the same questions immediately after submission as a fallback.

Benefit:
This ensures users don’t overlook the questions, leading to higher response rates and more reliable data for prioritization
