Show only one unread message in chat widget

If, for example, a user has 5-10 tabs open and I write to them in Featurebase, everything is displayed as shown in the screenshot (i.e., unread messages take up half the screen, which is inconvenient). It would be better to show the last unread message or a notification about the number of unread messages.

    Hey Andrii, this is actually intentional. When a user is actively on the page and new messages are sent, they are all shown. However, if the customer comes back to the page later, it will only show the latest unread message to avoid clutter. Hope that makes sense.

      I understand that, but is it possible to add a checkbox in the settings that would mean “Always show only one message”? For example, a user has 10 tabs, and each tab needs to be refreshed for everything to disappear. Without refreshing, everything remains unchanged.
