Show post visibility changes (who & when) in the Activity tab

As a team member managing private boards, I want visibility changes (e.g., a post being switched from Author-only to Visible to everyone) to be logged and shown in the Activity tab of the post details, including who made the change and when, so that I can audit unexpected privacy changes and quickly understand why a private post became public.
