Display the request creation date under the 'Properties' section of a request. This makes it possible to see at a glance when each request was originally submitted without opening additional views. The creation date currently appears only at the top of the 'Discussion thread' view as relative text such as '3 days ago', and hovering over it does not reveal the exact date and time stamp in a tooltip. Show the exact date and time on hover (or otherwise make the precise timestamp accessible), in addition to adding the field under 'Properties'.
