Social media feedback ingestion

We want to bring social media feedback about our company into Featurebase so it can become part of the same feedback system as app feedback and review-site feedback.


When feedback is spread across public channels, we want to aggregate it in one place so we can see the full picture of what customers are saying around our product.


We were explicitly thinking about social media as another source if Featurebase becomes the platform where we aggregate all feedback around our company.
