[Sorting by Date] Changelogs not sorted correctly – scheduled (Draft) changelogs appear in random order

In the Changelogs → Draft view, scheduled Changelogs are not sorted by date and appear in a random order.

This differs from published Changelogs, which are correctly sorted by date, and makes it difficult to use drafts as a content calendar.
