Specific error message for Fibi action custom instructions character limit

I want the UI to show a specific error message when the custom instructions for a Fibi action exceed the character limit. Currently, it shows a generic "failed to update" error. Inspecting the HTTP request reveals a "Validation error: body.customInstructions: String must contain at most 2000 character(s)". It would be much more helpful if this limit was clearly communicated in the UI so I don't have to check the network tab to understand why saving failed.
