Currently, syncing posts from Featurebase to Jira can be blocked by Jira required custom fields that are not filled.
To improve this workflow, please add support for filling Jira’s required custom fields within Featurebase before syncing.
Additionally, provide a clear and relevant error notification to Featurebase admins when a required field prevents sync.
This will allow admins to address the issue proactively, especially since some required fields in Jira are internal or static and cannot be filled by customers.
This would help prevent sync failures and improve visibility for admins without burdening customers with filling internal Jira fields.
