Support private boards in the Slack integration

Allow organizations to select private boards as destinations for feedback submitted through Slack.

This would let internal teams collect employee feedback in Slack without requiring the destination board to be public.

Ideally, workspace administrators could choose exactly which public or private boards are available in the Slack submission form.
