Two-way customer data sync – automatically keep contacts, companies, and their attributes in sync between HubSpot and Featurebase, no manual data syncing needed
Bulk sync – import your full HubSpot database in one go to get started quickly
AI-suggested field mappings – let AI recommend the best mappings between HubSpot properties and Featurebase attributes so you don't have to configure everything from scratch
Ongoing sync keeps everything up to date automatically after the initial setup.
This would be great. For a comparison, we tested Help Scout which has a great integration to pull in contact/deal info so you have context when talking to customers/prospects. But we’d rather use Featurebase, so hoping this can become a reality :)
