Template for posts / comments

We have a structure for reviewing our customer feedback. It consists of four questions:

• Statement: What did the customer / user originally say?

• Task: What task is the customer / user trying to solve? Why did the customer say that?

• Outcome: What result does the customer / user want to achieve

• Potential Solution: How can the customer / user be helped to achieve the problem?

It would be great if there was a way to not copy this structure to every post.
