The feedback widget on mobile has poor UX/UI

We've got a lot of complaints about the feedback button on mobile blocking the view or behaving unexpectedlyu, such as :

> On iOS, the feedback button gets in the way of key actions on the page. It is more annoying than helpful.

> the placement of the feed back button is cumbersome and blocks some key details on screen

> The location of the feedback button drives me insane. Can you make it moveable?
