To set and display ETA of feature in quarters, not specific date

When I select a quarter as an ETA, what displays for the end user is the date at end of the quarter. i.e., if I select Q3 2025, it displays September 30th.

I want to show the quarter it belongs to so the user doesn’t expect a hard estimated date, but that it displays just the quarter.
