Trended Analytics Charts for Support Metrics (TTFR & TTR)

I want to see a month-by-month trended chart for support metrics like Time to First Response (TTFR) and Time to Resolution (TTR). Currently, the Analytics tab only shows snapshots for a selected period, requiring manual switching to compare months. A unified trended view would make it much easier to track our support team's performance over time.
