Outbound UI issues

As a product manager myself I see some minor discrepancy in the latest Outbound update. The Left panel should either be in plural like “Chats”, “Updates”, “Surveys” etc or the filter when filtering by “type” should say Update instead of Updates.

Doesn’t impact any workflow but just a minor observation from end user standpoint.
