Update Discord Notification Webhook integration to support moderation.

Currently, we utilize the Discord notification webhook to inform our users about new feature requests. However, some of these requests are more akin to technical issues specific to certain users rather than general feature ideas. To manage this, we use the moderation tool on our board.

It would be amazing to extend this functionality to the Discord notification webhook as well. Specifically, we wish to share only approved posts with our Discord community, rather than every post that is created. I haven't found an option to adjust the webhook settings for this purpose.
