Updating user information manually

It’s quite common that we discover something about the users and would like to edit their identified information, but we can’t at the moment.

Ideally, any manually overridden attribute should stay untouched when the user is programmatically identified again.

The only option to add extra metadata to a user right now is essentially to do it while identifying, but there’s no chance we know everything at that point.
