Upvoting on behalf bug in Intercom integration

An agent is trying to upvote a feature request from Intercom, using the Featurebase integration, but we are getting “Upvote Not Possible - Cannot Upvote because this user’s profile has no email address in Intercom”, but this is not the case, the merchant has all the details.
