In the past, we asked why the AI bot doesn’t learn from closed chats with the response of PII, which I completely agree with. As a work around, would it be possible to use AI to still make a bank of closed tickets that can be used by agents moving forward to assist with new chats. We’re in the process of hiring a new live chat agent and this could potentially smooth the learning curve significantly if they could easily find chats that addressed similar issues in the past. As of right now, searching through the previous chats is close to impossible.
