User Directory shows count but list is empty (Bug)

I am seeing "all users (5)" but the list is empty. I have checked for filters and refreshed the page, but the issue persists. This appears to be a bug in the platform's user directory display. I need this fixed to manage my users.

    Hi @Luis,

    Thanks for reaching out about this.

    The "All users" directory is a feature that's part of our paid plans and isn't supported on the free plan, which is why it's showing up as empty for you.

    It's meant for moderating end-users and companies.

    Sorry for the confusion there.
