Public user profiles would allow users to view all their posts and activity on your feedback portal. With user profiles in place, users will have a more personalized experience, fostering a sense of community and encouraging them to actively participate in discussions.

Introducing a user profile would be the ultimate upgrade to your system. By implementing this feature, we would have the capability to easily access a list of users' posts, their accumulated points, and the ability to send them messages directly.

The user profile should be designed to be simple and user-friendly, allowing users to manage their information and preferences efficiently.

    User profiles are now live! :)

    Each user also has a notification dropdown (similar to what admins have) to view unviewed comments and mentions when an email was missed.

    Profiles can be seen by clicking on the profile picture and selecting "My profile". It will showcase all the activity a user has made on your feedback portal.
