[User profiles] consolidate feedback, upvotes, and comment to the same tab

The main use case is to always see accounts’ feedback in general. It could be that they didnt make a post and just upvoted one because it already existed but this could be as important for them.

So having separate tabs dont make sense. I just want overview of all the feedback they are interested in, in one view. And then filter if I really want to see which one is comment, and which one is an upvote.
