[User Segments] Boolean user attributes not evaluated correctly in segment rules (segments remain empty)

Users with boolean custom attributes (e.g., partner: true, Is Verified Account: true) are not being added to segments whose rules depend on those boolean values, despite the attributes being correctly sent via the SDK identify call and appearing in the user profile.

As a result, segments based on boolean attributes remain empty, indicating that boolean attribute filtering is not functioning as expected.
