Users can't see their name associated with comments/posts

We have all our users set to anonymous for security purposes. However, when the user is logged in, I'd expect them to see their name associated with the feature request and with their comments on the request. However, they show as anonymous on their end. We would like the user to be able to see their name next to the request.
