We could expand the usability of workflows to Feedback Portal to create powerful automations, for example:<ul><li>When board is <code>Bug report</code>, automatically set the status of new posts as <code>Prioritiy</code> and roundrobin assign the issue to one of 3 techinical support engineers in Featurebase</li></ul>
