[Zapier Get Post By ID] Zapier action for getting post by ID

Add a Zapier action that allows fetching a Featurebase post by its postId and returns the post.

This is needed to make upvote-based Slack notifications usable.

Currently, the postvoted webhook only provides a postId, which lacks context.

Without the title and description, teams must manually open Featurebase to understand what was upvoted, breaking sprint workflows.

Use case
Enables a Zap flow:

1. Trigger: Featurebase webhook → postvoted

2. Action: Featurebase → Get Post by ID

3. Action: Slack → Send message with populated post title and a link
