When a post is created or upvoted from the Zendesk sidebar app, we'd like the original Zendesk ticket link to be saved and visible on the post in Featurebase. This would help us:
Notify customers - When a feature ships, quickly find and revisit the original Zendesk tickets to let customers know.
Get more context - While working on a feature, click through to the original support conversations to better understand the ask.
The HubSpot integration already tracks linked tickets this way - we'd love the same for Zendesk.
