We're looking to build a custom integration with Zowie using your API, aiming for a similar setup to your Intercom integration. This would allow us to seamlessly manage feedback from our Zowie support chats and streamline it directly into Featurebase. Being able to save feedback and automatically subscribe users to relevant posts would significantly improve our workflow.
