Embed other live chat platforms to Featurebase's portal
Admins could choose which chatbot they are using (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot, Crisp, Zendesk) and enter the chatbot’s identifier to connect it to their public board.

Allow us to embed our Intercom within custom domain on Featurebase
We’d like to be able to embed our own Intercom widget within Featurebase.

We use https://getgist.com/ so would be good to integrate with this but if your new live chat tool is as good as it sounds maybe we can do everything from 1 place…

Seems like most flexible and relatively easy to build (plus security considerations) would be to let us add custom script headers.

Having custom script headers sounds nice on paper, but the security considerations would be too hard to overcome with our current setup.
It would require quite big architectural changes to support custom script headers without opening everyone up to danger.
We might be open to considering it in the future, but currently we'll stick to having pre-defined scripts that people can run.
Feel free to create a post about any scripts you'd like to embed in the board and we'll see what we can do 😊
