We have multiple products and multiple idea boards in Featurebase. It would be useful to integrate each board with unique sync rules with separate Jira projects.
Default Jira Project should be set at a board level and not the account level
I have 2 public boards, bug reports and feature requests, and on Jira, there are 2 projects; one for feature requests, which is used by the product development team, and the other one, which is a Jira service management project for bug reports.
When the posts are auto-pushed to Jira, there should be an option to select a default Jira project and story type for every featurebase board. Otherwise, the routing will always need manual intervention.

Hey Guys,
Is it possible to escalate this request? We're facing a lot of problems due to this since all posts are flowing to incorrect team and it's becoming a hassle to transfer these requests to a different jira board as jira doesn't support transferring tickets from one project to another.

This should be merged with the other Jira issue which is the same need.

Hey @OM,
Sorry for the late reply here, we don’t have the option to configure the integration per board as of now, however, as a workaround you could try the following options:
a) Create unique statuses that you assign to bugs and configure a Jira sync rule specifically for that status
b) Manually push needed bug reports from the Moderation queue to Jira
We will provide more options for this in the future.

We have multiple JIRA projects and right now the integration wont let you link to multiple JIRA Projects only one at a time. Huge limitation!! Just let us link to any project, any issue anywhere in JIRA. Why limit it? Its the same API accessing the same issues?

We have one Idea board - but one Jira project per module. I would like to link to or create Jira items in any of the available Projects, not just one default.
