Ability to make post visible to specific upvoters only

Currently we can limit a post's visibility to the author only, it would be useful to be able to limit the post's visibility to a group of users.

    We manage company-only bug reports for multiple customers. Duplicate reports may describe the same underlying bug, so we merge them to keep one canonical post and one linked Jira issue.

    The reports often contain confidential screenshots or videos, so making the parent post visible to upvoters from other companies is not acceptable. Today, those transferred upvoters do not receive resolution updates because they cannot access the parent post.

    We need a way to keep each company’s report private while still notifying all affected upvoters when the canonical bug’s status changes. A notification-only option, or an access model that does not expose sensitive attachments and comments, would solve this workflow.
