Exports include all records that match your selected view and search, with the columns you choose. You can export a full list or a saved segment.
Open the Users directory, select your list, and choose the fields to include under Columns. Then use Import / Export → Export view as CSV or Export view as Excel.
Exporting the list makes it easier to find the delta between who is currently a subscriber and my main list of who should be. I need to keep the list updated and don’t have time to search through hundreds of email addresses one at a time under “view” to figure out if someone is missing or is no longer needed.
By exporting the list I can simply do a file comparison and find the delta of who needs to be added and who needs to be removed. A simple .csv file will suffice. If I can import one, why shouldn’t I have the ability to export one?

As a workaround, you could currently use our API to export the users:
We’ll definitely add a CSV export feature to the dashboard as well in the future but we can’t give any exact time estimates yet.

This is actually great. I probably won’t need CSV export in this case. I believe this will also allow us to build an integration between Featurebase and Torii 😀

Hey @Uri Nativ, that endpoint only returns users with a customer-type atm, so internal team members are currently not in the output at all.

Thank you. If you add that, we can build a good integration between Torii and Featurebase that would serve our mutual customers. With this integration Featurebase members and their roles will be synced to Torii to better manage offboarding, access reviews and more.
